Meet Jim Nuccio

This is a people business first and foremost. And my business model is based on that precept. As your agent I will be working with you and your family: Your husband, your wife, your children, your parents, whomever comprises your household. The first thing you'll recognize about me is that everyone in your family is important to me.

I'm far from being a stuffed shirt or a slick talker in an expensive suit. My long suit is substance. I won't dazzle you with wardrobe to distract you from sincerity. I'd rather impress you with substance and sincerity.

I value two qualities in a person when I'm the client: Professionalism and Personality. Professionalism speaks for itself, but on its own, it can make for a very long journey. (Many of us have had that experience before with some "professional".)

Personality doesn't change the length of the journey, but it certainly makes for a much more enjoyable trip. More than that, though, it sets a tone of equality and creates an environment that encourages you to ask questions freely and often. It's what I call the "ease of doing business" and it's what I look for in a business relationship.

To keep it concise, let me say, if you are looking for the stereotypical real estate agent who smokes a cigar, drives a Cadillac, and thinks he knows you better than you know yourself, well.... that's not me.

But if you're looking for the person with business and client expertise, the person who knows how to listen to you, knows how to ask questions, works on your behalf, finds solutions, solves problems, calls you back when you leave a message, and enjoys working with you and your family.... well, then I think you may have found your agent.

Client Testimonials

"Jim was outstanding. He was always there. Everything went so smoothly. This is our first home and Jim saved us a lot of heartache with all his knowledge. Jim is worth more to your company than the commission he earns. Thanks so much, Jim."
